• Home Analyst inspectors are code certified as Residential Combination Inspectors (formerly known as CABO) by the International Code Council (ICC).
• Home Analyst inspectors are full members in good standing of the top professional trade associations – the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI); the Georgia Association of Home Inspectors (GAHI); and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
• Home Analyst inspectors meet or exceed the Standards of Practice of the above organizations and adhere to each organization’s Code of Ethics.
• We offer comprehensive inspections of existing homes including pre-listing inspections, resale inspections and one-year warranty inspections.

• We provide online access to computer-generated reports with digital photos. Reports are generally completed and available on the day of inspection but can be printed on-site at the time of inspection as necessary.
